Mediation – helping you move forward without court

Mediation is a process facilitated by an impartial, qualified third party – the mediator.

It helps people work through disagreements or conflict in a constructive and respectful way. Through guided discussions led by our mediators, those involved are encouraged to work together to reach practical agreements.

Our mediators are specialist family lawyers with years of experience supporting families through difficult situations with care, clarity and understanding.

With their background in family law, they are well placed to guide constructive discussions around financial matters and arrangements for children in a calm, supportive and confidential environment.

How can we help?

Our family mediators can help resolve disputes such as:

  • Divorce and financial arrangements
