Emergency / Out of Hours Mediation
Family issues don’t always arise during office hours.
Sometimes urgent decisions need to be made quickly, particularly where children, living arrangements or immediate family concerns are involved.
Our emergency and out of hours mediation service provides access to an experienced family mediator outside of standard working hours, helping families address pressing issues in a calm, constructive and supportive environment.
Whether you are facing an urgent disagreement about arrangements for your children, having difficulties following a recent separation or another time-sensitive family matter, mediation can provide an opportunity to discuss the issues and explore practical solutions without unnecessary delay.

As with all family mediation, the process is voluntary, confidential and impartial. Our mediators will help facilitate discussions, encourage constructive communication and support everyone involved in working towards an agreement where possible.
Out of hours mediation appointments are available before 9am, after 5pm and, where appropriate, at weekends. Sessions are held online, allowing participants to join from a location that is convenient and comfortable for them.
If you require urgent mediation support, please contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss your circumstances, assess whether mediation is suitable and, where appropriate, arrange an appointment at the earliest available opportunity.
